March finally got itself together and temps normalized and the vineyard is ready for spring to finally break. Two of our favorite spring/summer wines are ready and tasting. Our old barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc is full of citrus and grassy notes that make it the perfect summer quaffer. We have just released our dry Rose’ busting with a soft strawberry palate and a crisp finish that makes for a wonderful alternative to a white wine.
There are still a few weekend openings in our B&B cottages for April so plan that Old Rag hike and join us in Rappahannock for a relaxing stay in one of our cozy cottages.
